01 · Your spec
Tell us what the devices must do.
Send the device or spec, quantity and where it ships. Not sure of the spec? Describe the job and we suggest one.
02 · Your quote
See the exact model, grade and price.
You see the model, key specs, condition grade and per-unit price for your quantity before you pay. New and renewed are quoted on separate, labelled lines. No mystery lots.
03 · Test batch
Start with 20 units.
Your first order is your test batch, so your team checks the devices on your own setup before a larger order. For some categories we can quote a smaller paid sample.
04 · Inspect and reorder
14 days to inspect, then reorder what worked.
Serial numbers ship with your order. Report any unit that is dead on arrival, not as described or not what you ordered within 14 days, and we repair, replace or credit it. Then reorder the same model.

What one call led to
Pay for the spec, not the looks.
A remote-monitoring customer was paying about $150 per A-grade phone. The phones stay at home on WiFi, so looks did not matter. Their app needed 6GB of RAM.
We sourced fully working phones that meet that spec, with cosmetic wear, at about $90 each. They tested a batch, switched and now reorder. Unit cost fell about 40%.
The same approach works for any bulk order: tell us the job, and we look for a device that does it for less.
Grading and testing
The grade on your quote is the grade that arrives.
Every renewed unit is tested, factory reset with previous owner accounts removed, graded and logged by serial number before it ships.
A grade describes cosmetic condition only. Function is tested the same way at every grade. Full detail is in our Grading Guidelines.
Each unit ships with its charging cable or power adapter unless your quote says otherwise. Retail boxes and accessories are not assumed, so ask if you need them.

Ordering
What is the minimum order?
20 units for a first order, and that order doubles as your test batch. For some categories we can quote a smaller paid sample first. Reorders are quoted per request.
Why is there no price list on the site?
Stock changes week to week, so a public list would be wrong by the time you read it. Ask, and we send what is actually on hand with a price for your quantity, normally within one business day.
New or renewed: which should I buy?
Renewed fits when you need working devices at a lower unit cost and looks matter less. New fits when you need identical units, a long manufacturer warranty or a configuration nobody has used. We will tell you which your project calls for, even when that means selling you less.
Can you source a specific model?
Yes, subject to availability. Send the model, specs and quantity, or the job the device must do.
Condition and protection
What if a unit does not match its grade or does not work?
Report it within 14 days of delivery with its serial number. Units that are dead on arrival, not as described or not what you ordered are repaired, replaced or credited under our Wholesale Terms of Sale. The consumer 90-Day Limited Warranty applies to retail purchases, not wholesale orders.
Will devices be locked to someone else's account?
Every renewed unit is factory reset with previous owner accounts removed before it ships. If a unit arrives locked, report it with its serial number within the 14-day inspection window.
Is the data wiped?
Yes. Every unit is wiped and reset before it leaves us, and its serial number is logged against your order.
Payment and paperwork
How does payment work?
Orders are prepaid by ACH or wire before we commit stock. Purchase orders from established organizations are reviewed and confirmed first, and government purchase orders are the exception to prepayment.
We are tax-exempt or buy for resale. How does that work?
Send your exemption or resale certificate with your request. We apply valid certificates to eligible orders. A W-9 is available for vendor setup.
