This is renewed stock, not new
Worth saying plainly at the top. Everything on this page is pre-owned equipment that we have inspected, tested and graded. It is a different product from the brand new commercial hardware on our nationwide supply page, it is sold on different terms, and the two never appear on the same quote line without being labelled.
Renewed is the right choice when you need capable equipment at a lower cost per unit and cosmetic condition matters less than function. New is the right choice when you need identical units, a long manufacturer warranty, or a configuration nobody has used before. We will tell you which one your project actually calls for, including when that means selling you less.
How grading works
Every unit is assigned a grade before it is listed, and the grade describes cosmetic condition only. Function is tested the same way regardless of grade.
Grade A
Minimal signs of use. No significant marks on the screen or chassis at normal viewing distance.
Grade B
Visible cosmetic wear such as scratches or scuffs on the chassis. Fully functional, and priced for it.
New
Sealed, unused, with the manufacturer's warranty. Listed and quoted separately from renewed stock.

What is included. Unless a listing says otherwise, a unit ships with its charging cable or power adapter. Original retail boxes, styluses, cases and other accessories are not assumed. If you need a specific accessory with every unit, say so with your request and we will price it.

Minimum quantities depend on the category and on what is in stock that week, so we quote them per request rather than publishing a number we would have to keep correcting.

Straight answers before you ask
Can I see stock levels on the site?
No, and we would rather admit that than show you a number that was true last month. Availability moves week to week. Ask and we send what is genuinely on hand.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the category and current stock. Tell us what you are after and we will tell you the minimum for that specific request.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
For most categories, yes. It is the fastest way to find out whether our grading matches your expectations.
What protection comes with a wholesale order?
A 14-day inspection window from delivery. Report any unit that is dead on arrival, not as described, or not what you ordered, with its serial number, and we repair, replace or credit it. The full terms are in our Wholesale Terms of Sale. The consumer 90-Day Limited Warranty applies to retail purchases, not wholesale orders.
Do you report serial numbers?
Yes, with the shipment. Claims are validated against that record, which protects you and us.
Is the data wiped?
Every unit is factory reset and previous accounts removed before it leaves us.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, from established organisations. Every PO is reviewed and confirmed before we commit stock. Approval is not automatic.
We are tax-exempt. How does that work?
Send your exemption certificate with your request and we process the order tax-exempt. A W-9 is available for vendor onboarding.
