90-Day Limited Warranty

This is a Limited Warranty.

Pine LLC, trading as Pine Tech Group ("we", "us"), warrants that each renewed or refurbished electronic device sold by us at pinetechgroup.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from the date the product is delivered to you.

This warranty is provided by Pine LLC and applies to the original purchaser only. It is not transferable.

What this warranty covers

During the 90-day period, if a device we sold you fails to function as described because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our option:

  • repair the device,
  • replace it with a unit of the same model in the same grade or better, or
  • refund the purchase price you paid.

This includes a battery that will not charge or will not hold a charge because of a defect. We pay return shipping on approved warranty claims.

What this warranty does not cover

  • Cosmetic condition consistent with the grade stated on the product page. Grade A, Grade B and Grade C describe appearance, and the marks described for each grade are not defects. Our criteria are published on the Grading Guidelines page.
  • Accidental damage, including drops, cracked or broken screens, bent frames, and liquid or moisture damage.
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or use outside the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Devices that have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than us or a repairer we authorise in writing.
  • Software or firmware modification, including rooting, custom ROMs, and unlocking, and any fault arising from it.
  • Gradual reduction in battery capacity through normal use and charge cycles.
  • Accessories, cables, styluses and cases, except where sold as new and faulty on arrival.
  • Loss, theft, or damage in transit after a device leaves our possession on a return you arranged yourself.
  • Products delivered outside the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Data loss. Please back up your data before returning any device.

How to make a claim

  1. Email sales@pinellc.net within the 90-day period with your order number and a description of the fault. Photographs or a short video help us resolve claims faster.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days.
  3. If the claim is approved we will send you a prepaid return label.
  4. We will repair, replace or refund within 5 business days of receiving the device.

This is separate from your right to return

This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, our 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of delivery you may return a device for any reason under our Refund Policy. The warranty covers defects for a further 60 days after that window closes.

Your legal rights

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
