At Pine Tech Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window on all products from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refurbished Electronics (Pine Tech Group)

All refurbished electronics are thoroughly tested and inspected before shipping. Each item is graded (Grade A, B, or C) and its condition is clearly described in the product listing. Returns are accepted if the item does not match the description provided or if it is defective upon arrival. We provide free return shipping for defective items.

ForMommy Shoes

We understand that finding the right fit is important, especially during pregnancy. Exchanges are available for sizing issues within the 30-day return window. Items must be unworn and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@pinellc.net. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-refundable.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States, returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return. Refunds for international orders will be processed in US Dollars to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
