Return & Refund Policy
At Pine Tech Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Returns
You may return a retail purchase within 30 days of delivery for any reason, provided it is returned in the same condition in which you received it, together with all accessories and packaging supplied by Pine Tech Group. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Who Pays Return Shipping
- Changed your mind: you cover return shipping.
- Defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described: Pine Tech Group provides a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Renewed & Refurbished Electronics
All renewed electronics are fully tested and inspected before shipping, and each unit is graded (Grade A, B, or C) with its cosmetic condition described in the product listing. Renewed devices may not include original manufacturer retail packaging; please return them in the same condition in which you received them, with all accessories and packaging Pine Tech Group supplied. The 30-day, any-reason return window above applies to renewed devices bought at retail, alongside our 90-Day Limited Warranty.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@pinellc.net with your order number. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Wholesale Orders
Bulk and wholesale renewed orders are governed by our Wholesale Terms of Sale (14-day inspection window from delivery), not this retail policy.
