We come to you, spend thirty minutes with your computers, and leave you a one-page written inventory: every machine, its age, its spec, and whether it can run Windows 11.
No charge, no obligation, and the document is yours to keep either way. If your profession requires a written information security plan, that inventory is a page of it done.
What a project includes
The boxes are the easy part. Everything around them is the job, and it is all included.
- Scoping visit. What you have, what your software needs, how your office works.
- Itemised quote. Written, with the labour shown separately.
- Procurement. Ordered through our national distribution accounts, not chased by you.
- Setup before delivery. Machines arrive configured, named and updated.
- Installation out of hours. Evenings or weekends, so nobody loses a working day.
- Everything moved across. Files, email, printers, bookmarks and the settings people rely on.
- Old equipment removed. Gone the same visit.
- Written asset inventory. Everything you now own, with serial numbers.
- Support afterwards. Per visit or a simple monthly arrangement, no long contract.

Questions we get asked
How long is a quote valid?
Prices are moving unusually fast in 2026, so each quote states a short firm validity window.
We already have someone who does our IT. Is that a problem?
No. Plenty of offices have day to day support that does not want to manage a hardware refresh, and we are happy to work alongside them.
Do you look after us after the install?
Yes: per visit or a simple monthly arrangement, with no long contract to sign.
What if something fails?
Business hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, and we handle the claim for you.
Do you do Apple?
No. Our accounts are with Windows manufacturers, and if your office runs on Macs we will say so rather than waste your time.
The honest version
Pine Tech Group is a small, family run Maryland business and an authorised Lenovo reseller buying through national distribution: brand new commercial-grade hardware, never renewed. We work with offices of roughly five to thirty people, accounting and tax, dental, medical, veterinary, law and dealerships. When you call, you get the owner, we take purchase orders, and we take on a limited number of projects at a time. If we cannot do a good job on your timeline, we will say so instead of taking the order.
