Pine Tech Group is a family run company. We sell new and renewed consumer electronics across the United States, and we build and support brand new computer systems for offices in Maryland. One operating principle binds all of it.

We don't chase categories. We add a brand only when we can stand behind every unit that ships, answer every question that follows, and look the customer in the eye six months later.

How we choose what we carry

Six criteria. No exceptions.

    Real product, not a rebrand

    We carry the actual brand, or build the product ourselves. No private-label substitutes dressed up to look like something else.

    Inspected before it ships

    Every renewed device is graded by hand. Every new item is checked against spec. We don't take the supplier's word for it.

    Built to outlast the trend

    If it won't be useful three years from now, it doesn't earn shelf space. Disposable doesn't fit the standard.

    Priced for what it does

    We price against the value the product delivers, not what we paid. If the math doesn't work for the customer, the listing comes down.

A note from the founder

I started Pine Tech Group because I was tired of buying things that looked premium and arrived disposable. The plan was small. Pick one category, do it the way I would want it done for me, and refuse to expand until that bar held.

The bar still holds. Every device we sell, new or renewed, is inspected and graded one at a time. If a unit cannot sit next to the others without lowering the average, it does not ship under our name.

If you find a unit that does not meet the standard, write to me directly. I will make it right.

What people ask before they buy.

Are renewed electronics really the same as new?

Renewed devices are pre-owned units that we inspect, test, and grade by hand. They cost less than new and ship in fully working condition. Cosmetic grade is disclosed on every listing. Nothing hidden.

Are you the actual brand owner, or a reseller?

For renewed electronics we do the inspection, grading and warranty ourselves. For brand new items and business hardware we are an authorized reseller, including for Lenovo, and the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Where can I buy your products?

This site is the source of truth. We also sell on Walmart, eBay, and Amazon. Pricing is consistent across platforms. If you see something that looks off, tell us. We'll fix it.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Write to sales@pinellc.net. A person reads every message. Our refund and shipping policies are linked at the bottom of every page. No fine print games.
