All brand new commercial-grade equipment, bought through national distribution as an authorized Lenovo reseller. None of it is renewed. Renewed stock is a separate offer with its own wholesale page and its own terms, and the two never appear on the same quote line.

Ordered through distribution, configured if requested, shipped with tracking to each destination.
On quote validity. Component prices are moving unusually fast in 2026, so we put a short firm window on the document rather than holding a number we cannot honour. If it lapses, ask us to requote and we will.
Shipping and multiple locations
We ship to any commercial address in the United States. For an organisation with more than one office, we can split a single order across destinations, box and label by site, and send separate tracking for each. Tell us the ZIP codes with your request and we will confirm what is workable for that particular order before you commit to anything.
Freight is quoted as its own line, never buried in the unit price.
Warranty and claims
Brand new commercial hardware carries the manufacturer's own warranty, and the manufacturer decides the outcome of any claim. What we do is handle the process: we hold the serial numbers and the purchase record, we open the case, and we chase it, so that a failed machine is our administrative problem rather than yours.
Longer or next-business-day manufacturer warranty upgrades can be quoted at the time of purchase, which is usually the only time they can be bought at a sensible price.
Renewed equipment is sold on different terms entirely: bulk and wholesale orders are governed by our Wholesale Terms of Sale with a 14-day inspection window from delivery, while renewed items bought at retail carry the consumer 90-Day Limited Warranty.
Questions we get asked
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, from established organisations. A PO is reviewed and confirmed before we place the order with distribution. Approval is not automatic, and we will tell you promptly either way.
Is the equipment new or renewed?
Everything on this page is brand new. Equipment may be opened for agreed configuration before shipping. Renewed electronics are a separate offer, on a separate page, with separate terms. A quote never mixes them without saying so on the line.
Which brands can you supply?
We are an authorized Lenovo reseller and buy through national distribution, which also carries the other major commercial lines. Tell us what you are standardised on and we will tell you honestly whether we can source it well.
Can Pine configure equipment before shipping?
Yes. Windows setup and updates, device naming, standard applications, labelling and an asset record. It is quoted as its own line so you can see what it costs and decline it if you would rather.
Can equipment ship to several offices?
Usually yes, boxed and labelled by destination with separate tracking. Send the ZIP codes with your request and we will confirm it for your specific order.
How long is a quote valid?
The window is printed on the quote. We keep it short on purpose in the current market, and we would rather requote than hold a price we cannot stand behind.
What warranty is included?
The manufacturer's warranty on the equipment, with us handling the claim on your behalf. Extended and next-business-day options can be added at the time of purchase.
Can tax-exempt organisations purchase from Pine?
Yes. Send your exemption certificate with your request and we will process the order tax-exempt. A W-9 is available when you set us up as a vendor.
