Excellent
Near-perfect condition; micro-scratches barely visible from a close distance. Screen is pristine and scratch-free.
All features tested and fully operational — as good as new.
Good
Light signs of wear — minor scratches and scuffs, mostly invisible when the screen is on. Screen may show minor scratches that disappear when the device is active.
Full functionality. The best balance of price and quality.
Fair
Visible signs of regular use, including noticeable scratches and dents. Light screen scratches visible when the device is off; they do not impede use.
Every critical function tested. The most cost-effective way to own one.
